In the beginning...
One month ago a started a new body of work that took me by surprise and It’s all I’ve been able to think about as all other plans or projects were just left dangling. It’s a new sci-fi world called Echelon. There are 40 pictures created to date and I will be posting them one at a time at random throughout the next month or two on a new blogger site. You can get there through the NAKUNIVERSE links to your right. It’s a simple style but fun and there is a lot going on in this place. Hope you enjoy it.
Nominated but no cigar
My book Place Into Being was nominated for a Manitoba book award this past month, but alas, did not win. The book that should have won, actually did. I only say it this way because of the 3 books nominated, it was the only one that made real sense for the category nomination. Congratulations to Portraits of the North. Onward and upward.
